Seapak Poptoberfest Festival - My Popcorn Shrimp Salad Recipe & Giveaway

SeaPak is hosting a Poptoberfest festival this month and you are invited!

Poptoberfest is a family program being held by Seapak in October. SeaPak is celebrating family…and the time they are able to spend together. Not only does SeaPak want families to enjoy delicious meals together, but they also want to encourage families taking a vacation from the everyday routine.

Recently Seapak sent me over some Popcorn Shrimp to try and can I just tell you - I LOVE these! They are the best I have found nationwide. This New Orleans gal knows her seafood and I pretty picky when it comes to frozen seafood. Seapak is made in GA and you can taste the difference.

One of my favorite easy popcorn shrimp dishes is Popcorn Shrimp Salad. It isn't too heavy and so refreshing. I can get this on the table in 15 minutes, so that makes it easy after a long day of work, practices and homework! Here's my recipe that I made with our Seapak Popcorn Shrimp:

Popcorn Shrimp Salad
(Serves 6)

Ingredients
Seapak Popcorn Shrimp
1/2 C Honey Mustard Dressing
2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 C Cherry Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers, sliced

Directions

Cook Seapak Popcorn shrimp per package instructions. Cut up 2 heads of Romaine, add in cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Top with shrimp once cooked and drizzle on Honey Mustard dressing.
